Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At AKC-Shop, operated by European Home Designs LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled based on how your order was fulfilled.

General Return Eligibility

Unless otherwise noted at checkout:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Items marked Final Sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund

How to Start a Return

Return instructions depend on the fulfillment method used for your order.

Orders Fulfilled Through Our Standard Shipping Methods

If your order was fulfilled directly by AKC-Shop or one of our fulfillment partners:

  • Contact AKC-Shop Customer Support at team@akcpartnershop.com

  • Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

  • We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label

Orders Fulfilled Using Buy with Prime

Some orders may be fulfilled through Buy with Prime, which uses Amazon’s fulfillment and return network.

For these orders:

  • Returns must be initiated through the order confirmation email you received at checkout

  • Use the Order Details or Manage Returns link provided

  • Follow the instructions to complete your return through Amazon’s system

Returns initiated outside of the Buy with Prime return flow may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Shipping methods and drop-off options vary by fulfillment method

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by fulfillment method and payment provider

  • Buy with Prime refunds are typically issued within 7 business days of item receipt and may, in some cases, be issued sooner

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us promptly at team@akcpartnershop.com, or

  • If fulfilled through Buy with Prime, initiate a return using the instructions in your confirmation email

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the original item and place a new order.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is posted.
